Help/Distress button is pressed, the BC 500 features two way communication
that is build-into the BC 500 device which allows the Breadcrumb call center operator
to respond to an emergency and speak directly with the user via the BC 500 microphone
and speaker. The call center operator will assess the situation and respond
accordingly; including contacting a designated list of caregivers, doctors, friends
and family members and dispatch emergency assistance if required. Alerts are
user defined and can be set to automatically transmit a predefined e-mail and
text message to a designated list of caregivers notifying them when certain
conditions occur such as the individual leaving their home or another specified
area or property. The BC 500 also creates a Breadcrumb trail that displays the
location of the user that can be viewed from any computer that is connected to
the internet or from a Smartphone.

Services include weekly calls to the user with assistance in making doctors appointments,
